Who we are

Eon Event Services Ltd was established in Hong Kong, and expanded the service network to six locations in Asia, including Singapore, Macau and major cities in China since 2010. We provide furniture and AV equipment rental service for exhibitions, events, road shows and any promotion campaigns.

Our staff are our biggest asset and most of them have more than 10 years of experience in exhibition construction and event management fields. Thanks for their depth professional knowledge and experience, we are able to expand our business in an extremely fast pace.

With full range of product items which separated into few categories, including chairs, tables, sofas, set items and bar stools, which are the most popular furniture in exhibition. We are able to serve different scale events, from few items rental to million stock projects. Eon promises smooth, on time and flexible arrangement, even allowing customers to place order a few hour before the event.
